An Expression of Beauty is a makeup and fashion business run by Elena Bureta and Anna Miller in the snellville and lawrenceville area. Elena and Anna chose to use the word expression because in both industries, they are the ways to express yourself and intensify how beautiful and unique you really are. Within An Expression of Beauty are two services, makeup and styling. Their makeup service to merely give women the opportunity to learn makeup techniques instead of making them feel like they need a full face of makeup on to feel pretty through the makeup consultations. The customers can decide to pick between a makeup application process consultation, everyday makeup consultation, fancy makeup consultation, or halloween makeup consultation. …show more content…
A face to face makeup consultation for about $90 worth for two or three hours of what is asked and a shopping service for about $70 per consultation. With this mindset of doing about 4 makeup consultations and about 6 shopping consultations per month, Elena and Anna are expected to break even in the second month of running An Expression of Beauty. Elena and Anna plan to ask for $2000 from Snellville Shark Tank in order to try good makeup products to use on customers and looking for new stores to shop with the customers. They also intend on using $419 on making t-shirts for the business to promote and provide positive quotes to the buyers. The business expects to be financially stable and reaching more parts of America by the first year. In An Expression of Beauty the first the procedure Elena and Anna both conduct is to ask several questions to get exactly the right idea of what is desired from our consultations. We then go through our consultations by being friendly and making small talk despite their appearance, sexual preferences, or religious beliefs. In An Expression of Beauty we do not discriminate, we accept everybody because we want to show our dedication to the business and how Elena and I can maintain a friendly environment. Lastly, we get confirmation from the customer that they are pleased with the product and develop a trustworthy friendship between us. In An Expression of Beauty we also conduct a fundraiser once a year for a charity payed for by the money made in the business. All of the proceeds in the fundraiser goes to the charity.
