1. In my opinion, Hunter is an ideal leadership; he has morality, he is educated and
Well-informed about leadership aspects. As he said, he did everything by the book.
In contrast, captain Ramsey is a person that his knowledge based on his experience, which is not bad, but his bigotry does not allow him to decide for the best plan. Moreover, his pride and selfishness makes him such a dictator. In difficult situations, both knowledge and experience need for solving problems.

I have to add these few lines after I read the “Moral Purpose” book/pdf.
Now, I could tell about the different styles of leadership, Hunter is an example of Authoritative and Coaching leadership, whereas Captain Ramsey is an example of Coercive leadership.
