Obstacles Of Being In Love

Love creates several dangerous obstacles, namely drawn from its possessive and often obsessive qualities. As stated in Aquamarine, “love is the closest thing we have to magic.” This is often the case for personal relationships: what would seem ordinary soon takes on much more meaning. Love is then, in a way, truly magical; It defies ordinary logic, in so doing surprising any observer.
When one is truly in love, one could simply do no wrong; the statement that “love is blind” immediately gains truth. Love drowns the mind, body, and soul in its raging sea of bliss. Thought processes warp from selfish to selfless; bodily routine, whether internal or behavioral, shifts from ignorant to sensitive; and emotional stances become illogical and unreasonable. Over time, being in love becomes surreal. At the end of the madness of going through love though it’s incredible. Love can seem to move mountains and drain oceans when shared with the right person.
People sometimes fall in love to feel that rush of adrenaline, but they don’t think about the pain of falling back down from that climactic high which they first achieve. For example, my ex-broke up with me because of our college’s distances. We had been together for two years and counting; I knew

Why does it feel like a thousand sunsets are glowing inside in one instance, but in the next as though a cold wind crashes waves upon your shores?
