When thinking of any place in Hawaii, beautiful landscaping, white sand, and clear ocean water is pictured; and that is almost exactly what you get. Maui, Hawaii, is a beautiful, exotic vacation spot with many excursion opportunities. Maui is located in the Pacific Ocean west of California. Since it is in the middle of the ocean, Maui is only accessible by plane or ship. When travelling there, a long trip is awaiting. Maui is located approximately 4,281 miles away from Brownstown. Although Maui is a very far distance away, it is definitely worth the long haul. There are many of awesome places to travel to in the world, but Maui, Hawaii, is a must.
One of the first reasons someone would want to travel to Maui is obvious; the beautiful landscaping. Hawaii is known for the alluring beaches and mountainous areas. A great place in Maui to visit is Haleakala National Park. The park includes great viewing of one of Hawaii’s many volcanoes, along with paths available to climb the volcano and mountains surrounding. Parks are not the only magnificent sightseeing areas though. There are numerous lookouts over ocean waters and mountain cliffs. Surfing is a huge hit in Hawaii. I mean when thinking of surfing, it is hard to not think of Hawaii. Even if you have never touched a surfboard in your life, Maui is a perfect place to try it. Surfing may sound very complicated, but with the awesome surfing instructors and perfect beginner-sized waves, becoming a pro will naturally come after a few go-arounds. Another fun thing to do in Maui’s awesome ocean water is snorkeling. Maui has great coastal areas for snorkeling that will reveal breathtaking ocean settings and creatures.
