Sure, you can drink raw milk fresh from the cow, but without pasteurization you are more exposed to illnesses. It has been scientifically proven that if you were to package and freeze vegetables, that they will keep most of their vitamins and minerals. However, because they are packaged, they are deemed as processed. Technology plays in a big part of processed foods because manufacturers are able to add vitamins and minerals to certain foods, making them beneficial to the customers and make it easier to handle how much goes in the food.
