My thoughts are that yes that today; 2014 science has the knowledge to help a brain function different and there for reducing the outcome of mental illnesses. However this does cost a significant about of money. Money that is not always available within the circle of the population of mental health candidates. Then there is always the fear, stigma and the opinion of the general public on the expense that such invasive procedure might bring.
