Imagine finding your one true love, your soulmate, your perfect missing half, only to learn you could never be with them. They are known as your enemy, foe, adversary, and rival to everyone who knows you. You have no other choice but to meet with them in secret, and even though you want to scream from the hill tops how much you love them, you can’t. It is forbidden and will only cause more complications than necessary. So you stay quiet, and keep your affection for them hidden. Forbidden love and sacrifice can be seen throughout the story and help to create an organized complexity to the tragic tale of Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare.

Even though it is forbidden for them to be together, Romeo still finds a way to see her, which signifies that no matter what problems they face, their love will always prevail. At the end of the video after Romeo and Juliet have both committed suicide, the feud between the two families is ended. Their undying love and their deaths brought the two houses together and convinced them to end their feud.The director of this short film wanted the viewer to understand that love always prevails, and love is the answer to most problems. Also the director is saying that death can bring even the most stubborn people
