Yes, I think Odysseus was faithful overall to his wide mentally & spiritually not physically though if it was possible for him not to sleep with the women he slept with I think he wouldn’t have he did all that to see Penelope. If he didn’t play along they would’ve kept him hostage and it would’ve took longer to see his beautiful wife. He was washed upon the land of this beautiful goddess named Calypso, she haven’t seen a male in years so he and the women that lived on her island wasn’t used to being around men so they treated him like a king when did try to escape to his wife through the waters she sent her women out to get him and make sure he didn’t get away. Odysseus was manipulated and played with so many times but if he wasn’t truly faithful he would’ve stayed with either one of the women who tricked him into sleeping with.
