An Analysis Of Mollie's Poem

It was Wednesday, April 6th. Mollie was already having a bad day. Her hair was all ratted, her boyfriend had dumped her, and she was failing English. Her day was only going to get worse though. For English class she had spent the past two nights staying up and writing her poem. This wasn’t some ordinary poem that any other high school student would write. Mollie had dumped all of her emotions into this poem. It made her cry every time she read it. When she handed it in to Ms.Routier, she had her read it right away so she could know how she did on it. After the teacher was done she said it sucked. This caused Mollie to bust out into tears. Mollie was balling her eyes out. This caused her to run out the door and when she did she fell over and died right on the spot. She was as dead as a door stump. The doctors could not figure out what had happened to her. This caused the police to blame it on Ms.Routier who ended up getting arrested and was sentenced life in jail. …show more content…
Well Mollie’s body was dead. Her soul stayed in the school. She couldn’t let go and let other kids who worked hard like her get crushed because of the teachers thoughts. She knew she had to help them in anyway possible. Her soul stayed in the locker room during the nights but she wandered the hallways and classrooms during the day listening to the teens and the teachers. Everyone was okay besides the new freshman Susie. She was originally from the big apple so it is a big difference between there and Brooklyn, Iowa. She dressed different talked different, heck, the teachers even noticed she was taught different. She was struggling and could learn as fast as the other kids
