The first thing he argues is that kids get suckered into college. Matt Walsh argues “he’ll go, not because he needs to be there, nor because it’s the best thing for him, just because.” (Walsh, 3) I agree with Walsh on his argument because I was one of those kids. You find out what your good at and work on it to become the best at whatever your skill is. I couldn’t agree with this more. Not all kids have to go to college to be successful, just look at Bill gates for example. Bill gates was good at programing computers since he was thirteen. He then went to Harvard only to drop out and work on a program we know today as Microsoft. He didn’t need to go to college. He was already good at something and he just needed to work on his skill and master it. As for me, I’m back in college because I realized what I was good at, which is taking care of animals.
