In The Outsiders by S.E Hinton there are a lot of heros. Heroes are ordinary people, but sometimes being a hero isn't always easy. These heroes are people who show that they can help. Johnny is a kid with a hard life because his parents don’t love or care for him like they should. Johnny is a good person, but with a sucky life. Johnny is the hero of The Outsiders because Johnny saved the children, helps the gang stay together, and listens to everyone complain, when his life isn’t a piece of cake either.
First, Johnny has a lot of challenges in his life, but still manages to stay positive even in bad times. Johnny’s friends are his family and he will do anything for them no matter the circumstances are. Johnny is staying at Pony’s
