“The Outsiders” choices Essay
In “The Outsiders” by S.E Hinton, Ponyboy Curtis made many choices. Imagine being a kid with a automatic bad reputation because of your low class social group and you’re attacked by rich kids and end up killing the person in self defense. Ponyboys choices impact him by separating him from his brothers Sodapop and Darry, making him change his self concept, and hurting his friend johnny.

Ponyboys choice to to run away impacts his life by him having to leave his brothers, Sodapop and Darry in Tulsa. This put Pony in even harsher living conditions. The choice was made after Johnny killed Bob in the fight. The choice was made because they were greaser (low class teenagers) and they have bad reputations and were involved
