The add is full of logical fallacies such as a false dilemma since there is no guarantee that being a vegetarian will aid in weight loss and also being an omnivorous meat eater rarely has a direct connection to the death of whales. In fact by cutting animal products out of a diet, it is still very possible to be overweight. The perpetuated prejudice against over-weight peoples and blame placed on them for the death of whales is absurd and has no backed evidence at all, thus addressing that implied claim as a non-sequitur logical
