Have you ever looked under your bed at night? One cold, gloomy fall night, the windows had fog on them and I could smell the hot chocolate mom was makimg downstairs. I wasn't feeling too good at dinner time so I had called it an early night. As I was drifting off to sleep, something went bump and I felt my bed shake. Silly me just thought I had fallen into a dream but it happened again. This time I was jolted from my bed. I landed in the floor. I was on my belly, my hands started to tremble as I lifted my head off the floor. My eyes immediately darted to the big blue eyed creature that was staring back at me. I couldn't move my body was frozen. As I layed there frozen with fear, I started to study the creature since it looked frozen with fear …show more content…
Its big blue eyes were unreadable. I couldn't figure out if it was going to attack me or if it was more afraid of me than I was of him. It started to move. The light shining throughout my window from the moons glare started to creep up on the monster. As he slowly crawled out from under my bed, my body as finally was able to move. I made a huge leap to my bed. Got under my covers and layed as still as I could. I said to myself "this is a dream, your just dreaming". Which seemed like forever passed by, it was so quite not even the wind was blowing. Slowly I pulled the cover from my face, and sat up. Whatever that creature thing is must have crawled back up under my bed. What do I do? If I holler for mom she won't believe me. So I grabbed my pillow and threw it on the floor. In a split second it swooshed back toward my head amd smacked me. Do I laugh, cry, or run for my life? I've gotta figure out what this thing is. So I jumped in the floor. Far enough away to where if the creature tried to take a leap out from under the bed I could make a run for it. I inched myself toward the bed using the army crawl. As I got closer the big blue eyes reappeared. I got brave and kept scooting closer and
