When I read the article “An Acute Shortage of Nurses”, I am stronger believe of the argument that the nurses should get a raise. The nurses who have low salary that are controversial problems. The social should make some ways to solve those questions. Thus there are three reasons to support my ideas. Firstly, the number of the nurses are dramatically shortage. Some hospital should engage some nurses from other counties. The nurses who come from other country and they don't have some requires for their salary.
