To start off, I (Azarae, Dominic, Hanger) was born on 8/10/2003 in Madison, Wisconsin, my mom (Amy, Jo, Mumm) was born on 8/31/1979 in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, and my dad (Eddie, Ray, Hanger) was born on 2/20/1979 in Greenville, Mississippi. I have know siblings from my mom or dad but I do have siblings from them and my step parents. My Grandpa (Ozzie, Ray, Smith), on my dad's side was born on 2/12/1949 and died on 9/15/1996 both in Greenville, Mississippi and my Grandma (Wilma, Lee, Hanger) was born on 3/11/1952 in Leland, Mississippi and died in 10/26/2007 in Madison, Wisconsin. My Grandpa (Francis, Josepth, Mumm) on my mom's side was born on 6/8/1954 in Cassbille, Wisconsin and ended up marrying my Grandma on 7/13/1974 in montfort, Wisconsin (but ended up devouring later in life.) …show more content…
The interview on my grandma (Mary, Ellen, Schambow) told me many things relating to her and are family like she told me her dad was adopted by her mom’s aunt and uncle and later they married, she told me they were from wisconsin, that some of our family traditions are to grill out in the summer and invite the whole family, I was told that she is French, German, and Irish, we were also settlers from those countries, she has only lived in Wisconsin, that are family usually makes bakery goods like cookies, pies, and angel food cake, are main job in our family is farming, working on the farm influenced her to be independent and hands on, and are family mostly lives in France but are in other parts of the world like Ireland, and Germany. What I have learned from this project is that family comes from different places and different backgrounds so grouping people into different things makes no sense at all.
