The scene where Rose is looking at hospitals over the years. Particularly Rose’s Mother is the main person deciding where Rose can stay while her Father tries to make amends with the people working with the hospitals. While her father is trying to talk to the doctors her mother was really ignoring the doctors and nurses. Rose's mother is quite picky about all of the hospitals that Rose my possibly live in. This shows the judgement that ARose gets from people who just meet her. Many people quite often see Rose in this state when she cannot control herself, as well as how many people judge her just as Mr. Walker did when he spoke like she was not a human being.
