Nothing was making me more excited than the idea of trying a new type of wine, this “Amontillado”, that my friend offered me to taste and judge, to have an opinion from my point of view. I think he is not entirely convinced of the quality of his product and wants me to check it out., since he’s aware of my big knowledge in the field. I start feeling a little confused, because of all the liquors and different alcoholic beverages he made me drink during our little journey underground, but I’m sure that we are very close to find the barrel.
