Amino Hydrate Research Paper

Amino Hydrate was created to meet the body's need to stay hydrated, while sparing that hard-earned muscle. What makes Amino Hydrate unique is that it utilizes key forms of electrolytes and branched chain amino acids, while maintaining optimal concentration levels (osmolarity) to prevent further dehydration. Simply put, most sports drinks actually dehydrate individuals because they are too concentrated with sugars and have less than optimal levels of electrolytes. The combination of branched chain amino acids and key electrolytes will provide the “True Hydration,” growth, and recovery we all need.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are made up of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They're deemed "essential" because the body can't make them, so they must be consumed through food. While you can certainly stick to whole foods like chicken, beef, and eggs for your BCAA needs, supplementation has its advantages because pure BCAAs bypass the liver and gut and go directly into your bloodstream.
Although it's important for everyone to get enough BCAAs, they're particularly important for people with muscle-building or muscle-maintenance goals. BCAAs, especially leucine, help regulate protein metabolism by promoting muscle protein synthesis and suppressing protein breakdown.

Taking 6-10 grams of BCAAs before your workout can lead to less soreness and a quicker recovery time.1 In other words, BCAAs may not stimulate hypertrophy on their own, but they can help you to hit the weights with enough consistent intensity and volume to stimulate muscle

These supplements vary from simple over the counter products such as protein, amino acids, creatine, and even advanced supplements such as anabolic steroids. Some of these are incredible safe and effective while others may do more harm than good. I will be exploring the positive and negative benefits of creatine when taken as a supplement for an athlete (a baseball pitcher) whose desire is to become bigger and stronger at the collegiate level. Separation through Ion Exchange Chromatography Introduction Amino acids are important molecules that serve as building blocks for all proteins that are made in every organism. Although there are millions of different proteins that can be made by all living things combined, all proteins are derived from a base of 20 amino acids that are combined together in different ways to create the diversity of life that is on Earth. Humans cannot produce all of the amino acids needed for protein synthesis, so these essential amino acids must be consumed so that the body can function and continue to produce proteins needed for survival. All amino acids share the same basic structure, which is a carboxyl group and an amino group attached to the same carbon…

The intake of protein with the addition of carbohydrate to enhance the insulin response by inhibits protein breakdown and promotes amino acid as well as glucose uptake into muscle while enhances net tissue protein gain during the recovery phase after training (Hawley et al. 2006). Most studies on athletes and exercise showed protein playing important role in post and pre exercise. The response is enhanced when protein are provided soon after exercise or in the case of a resistance exercise bout, perhaps immediately before training (Tipton et al., 2001). Besides that, specific guidelines for the optimum amount, type, and timing of intake of these nutrients playing important role in muscle adaptation. Nutrition strategies may positive affect in achievement of the goals of training such as increased muscle hypertrophy, strength, and endurance.…
