Detachment 485 cadets were very busy this year on Veterans Day. Cadets participated in three separate events honoring our current and retired service members. Cadets Pease and Carkhuff teamed up with Army ROTC to perform a joint color guard in Raritan, NJ for an event hosted by Johnson & Johnson. Cadets Bethea, Faist, Nazario, and Smith, presented the colors for the Johnson & Johnson event in Skillman, NJ. Cadets were also given the opportunity to march alongside Detachment 490 (Manhattan College) in the America’s Parade held in New York City. The America’s Parade is the 3rd largest parade held in NYC and it is the largest Veterans Day parade in the nation.
