This survey has purpose to gather important information related to the American with Disabilities Act’s articles on the accommodation implementation for the employees with disabilities in their offices. The survey will collect information, ideas, and critics from the workers’ perspective on how they give reaction to the offices’ accommodation provided by the employers. Some significant reasons to collect this data are, first, we will know the accommodation provided by the employers is either appropriate or not to the workers with disabilities for reducing barriers to implement their work, and increase their working performance in the offices. Second, we will see is there any denial or not from the employers to provide a reasonable accommodation,
