I think that the first revolution was the most successful. The American war of Independence is for me the most important in the history of the world. It was fought between Great Britain and the 13 British colonies in north American continents. The purpose was for liberty, free press, right of speech, lower taxes, and many other rights. The American rebels or revolt unaries fought against the far superior British forces for 8 years and eventually they defeated them at the battles of yorkstown. The declaration of independence was born in 1776 north Carolina convention became the first to vote in favor of independence. This gave brith to what is known today as the United States of America. This document is simply symbolic of American democracy.
