Today in America tea is unpopular. Tea is no longer “cool”. But what do we know about tea? What are the traditions of tea? Where did it originated from? Why tea in USA is not so popular but popular in the UK? We should really get to know tea better and find out what is it all about. Let’s first explore tea history with one popular Chinese legend. Legend tells that Shennong, the legendary Emperor of China and agriculture’s inventor and Chinese medicine was drinking a cup of hot water because he ordered to do so. 2737 BC when leaves were blown from a tree into his water, it changed colour.
