Who would know that one of the best military stories would be one of the most controversial to all the men and women who served in the military? Starring Bradley Copper as Chris Kyle in “American Sniper” with the prominent director of Clint Eastwood, the story of the United States’ American hero was born. Chris Kyle carries his legend reputation by becoming one of the greatest lethal sniper in the U.S. Navy SEAL with over 160 kills documented. He reveals personal details about his experiences in infantry during his tour in Iraq which typically one does not disclose the details to the world. Chris Kyle finally decided to return home to be with his wife and kids but although he left the war the war never left him. This is one of the common traumatizing issues these men and women carry physically and psychologically. One cannot delete these horrible memories from killing, to being shot at and simply viewing the killing of others is not an easy task. Chris Kyle becomes closed off emotionally and develops these flashback triggers to certain noises. His life as a civilian is difficult to return to so much that factors to why he continued with his tours. These men and women are exposed to more than what we can only imagine as serving for this nation. This movie will bring out your patriotism as you get a small understanding of how much these men and women do for the wellbeing of the United States.
