I kneeled down on the roof of an abandoned apartment, watching my next prey. I aimed the SR25 American sniper at the person’s head, click goes the sound of the trigger, before I could look up I saw my victim's body lying limp on fresh concrete with at a puddle of blood surrounding them and one perfect bullet hole through their head. Bystanders immediately pulled out their phones forming a circle around the body. I picked up the sniper, slung it around my back and walked down the steps of the building. The Atlanta sun was beating down on my black clothing my long curly hair feeling like fire, I hopped in my all black Lamborghini Gallardo Nera, driving slowly by the body to see if I finished my job, I smirked knowing I will be getting paid …show more content…

I give him the deadliest glare I could muster up at the moment. He puts his hands up in defense. “ I know I should’ve been watching where I was going, by the way, my name is Hakeem” he sticks his hand out like I’m actually going to shake. He slowing moves his hand back to his side. He looks me up and down quickly. I start walking away before I feel a tense grip on my wrist. I yank my wrist quickly out of reflex, turning around quickly I see this Hakeem guy again. “Let me take you out tonight,” he says suddenly
“No,” I say my face blanker than a piece of white paper.
“Come it's the least I can do for this” He gestures to my now soiled shirt that smells like pink starburst”
“Alright,” I say surprised that I even said yes to a guy I just met He smiles while handing me a small piece of paper which I’m guessing his is a number. I walked back to car sipping on whatever is left of my smoothie. I call my three best friends Ava, Jordan, and Ariel.
