FINAL EXAM When comparing and contrasting Housing and Urban Development, Red Cross and International Committee of the Red Cross, surprisingly the three organizations are similar in a way, but also have some differences as well. First, to start off HUD is a United States government agency created in 1965 to support community development and home ownership. This organization reestablishes values and norms in society, rebuild to help make things better. Its social cohesion would be to prevent the suffering of others by promoting and strengthening humanitarian law principles as well as protecting the lives and dignity of victims. This organization helps the United States of America try and decrease poverty by providing veterans that the US has then the lower the poverty number is. Another, ARC desires are to bring assistance without discriminating to people in need of assistance. Also, ICRC has provided shelter, emergency water tanks, provided food, blankets, mattresses and many accomplishments and success in which they were able to locate families and clarify fate of missing people. All three organizations deserve a round of applause for the things they are willing to do for others because it sure does take someone brave to stop up and take
