I have been working as an acute hemodialysis nurse for almost two years. I am planning to join the ANNA sometimes soon in order to be aware of the latest evidence based practice and the newest ideas regarding the nephrology specialty. ANNA has a membership of over 10,000 registered nurses and other health care professionals at all levels of practice (ANNA, 2016).
