If the plant manager had frequently reported the unsafe products, other plant managers of the company would understand the importance of safety and develop technology skills to design new products. As a result, the plant managers of American Products Corporation would improve their technology skills to make new products and understand more about its consumers. Additionally, the sales personnel’s failure to understand the retailer’s mind for obtaining supplies symbolizes how using questionnaire tactics, including gifts, and other incentives to the retailers could cause the sales personnel to fail to develop new skills of how advertising supplies can bring advantages and disadvantages to the company. One example of an advantage could be the company making a profit if the retailer finds the product to be innovating and interesting compared to the companies of the same product.
