There are similarities in the “TV coverage of JFK’s Death” and “American History”. The Similarities in these two stories are that they both involve JFK dying. Also the two stories include how this affected the people and the way TV is today. They also are similar because they show how his death changed the world. An example of why they are related by JFK’s Death are here “She sat in front of the TV holding a white handkerchief to her face.” This shows how people were affected from the death of the president. Some differences are that the TV coverage is more truthful because it's coming from adults and actually what happened also it is more based on the facts of what happened. The American History is more opinionated because it's coming from a little girl's thoughts and she is not very concerned about JFK’s Death. Another Difference is that TV coverage is a news article and American history is a short story.
