The quarterback is seen as the leader of the team, and could be the determining factor to a successful football team. Not only guiding the Broncos to the AFC West title, Peyton was also named the AP comeback player of the year. (Biography) That wasn’t the end as the next season was even better. His next season in 2013 Peyton started with an amazing season opener throwing 7 touchdowns tying a league record. Peyton continued to play at such a high level throughout the season winning his 5th MVP. That year Peyton and the Colts made it to the super bowl, but lost to the Seattle Seahawks.
