American Flag Pros And Cons

Many people in the United States are quite good at being disagree toward any decision made by the government. In the United States, we, the people have the right to express any opinions without censorship. It is said in the First Amendment, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” First Amendment to the United States Constitution. People can be disagree and sometimes the government makes one decision that could hurt us all. For example, Trump opposing DACA program is one of the worst decision. It hurts all the young generation, especially, those who are keeping up their career and working hard to make their family proud and to be successful. There shouldn’t be any reasons to burn American flag. Yes, it would makes an obvious statement as a disagreement, but at the heart of it, all it truly exhibits is hatred for our country. It is so big and high, like how we are supposed to respect it. My own personal opinion, burning flag was supposed to be for our enemy only, because it symbolizes the destruction of a great nation. To see that our own citizens burn the flag, it is a whole different story. It is ignorant and disrespectful.It is very important to remember that prohibiting flag burning does not take away your freedom of expression. We, the people, are still allowed to disagree with the decisions made by our government, which many of us are quite good
