The American Dream has been a very debatable topic in the recent years of whether it still exists or not. An article by David Wallechinsky called “Is the American Dream Still Possible?” It explained the data of a survey conducted in the U.S. about how people lived today. Most Americans responded with similar answers with more than 80% saying they are middle class with a type of employment. Although the article only gives examples, adds statistics to his point, but he only gives negative examples of the American Dream also doesn’t state that those statistics could change over time since they were from a survey by people and situations can change.
