Nowadays, most American couples end their relationship by getting divorced. According to 32 Shocking Divorce Statistics, “ In America, there is one divorce approximately every 36 seconds*. That 's nearly 2,400 divorces per day, 16,800 divorces per week and 876,000 divorces a year” (32 Shocking Divorce Statistics). Based on these statistics, people should question what is happening with American’s spouses. There are so many problems that associate the worst ending to couples. Marrying too young and lack of commitment are the two typical causes. “ The most common reason given for divorce was “lack of commitment” (73% said this was a major reason), marrying too young (46%)”, according to Lesson3, 4. Many spouses explain that their relationships are seriously lack of commitment, then they had so many arguments. If one is being in the relationship, he or she will expect too much from his or her partner. In fact, after wedding, mostly people do not grant to promises or commitment anymore. Finally, they feel fear, and they decide to go to the court and sign down the divorce certificate. Besides that, American features independent life in particular, so the kids usually move out and live by themselves when they are 18. Therefore, part of teenagers rush to get married to avoid being alone.
