For example, in our form of government, when we want to pass something at all whether it be an amendment or a bill, it is a very slow and tedious process. With some exceptions when we want to pass an amendment. It has to go through multiple levels of government and takes a while, whereas if we had a centralized supreme power it would take a considerable less time.
