“It was dark, very dark. I couldn’t see anything at first, let alone make out outlines of objects. All of a sudden it was as if I was opening my eyes for the first time, I could see everything all around me. The first thing I saw was a giant jar with the words ‘ORANGE MARMALADE’ printed on it, but to my great disappointment it was empty. Filled Bookshelves and cupboards lined the walls of the well. Maps and pictures made the well cosy. In the middle of the well a small little table had tea and a game of cards. They tea was still warm and the who ever was playing the cards did not finish their game.
‘It looks as if someone left in a hurry, but what could a rabbit be late too?’ I thought to myself.

I sat down cautiously not knowing what was going on. The bunny I saw early introduced himself to me, his name was Freddy and the rest of the table said hi too. I was offered tea and biscuits, but I declined politely. The Mad Hatter ranted, ‘You must leave Wonderland immediately, the great and powerful Queen of Hearts is after you. When she finds out you are here she will not stop until you are her prisoner.’ ‘Why what is wrong? What has happened that she needs me.” A worried look came across my face. ‘Please help me get home before it's too late.’ A tear ran down my cheek. The Mad Hatter hugged me and said ‘he would never let her take me.’ I hugged him back harder and the rest of the animals at the table all hugged me too. At that very moment a queen of hearts card was in the center of the table. A few seconds later a women with, puffy red hair, a large red dress with hearts on it, and a wand, popped out of the card like it was a teleportation device. ‘I’ve come for my Alice!’ The women laughed an evil …show more content…
I turned around and I thought I would find the well I had came from. But I didn’t. There were wells lined up like houses in a neighborhood. They just kept going. I couldn’t even count them all. I turned back around again and the Queen of Hearts was almost done fighting all of the animals, and then she would be on our tail again. ‘I think it was that one’ I pointed at one of them but I actually didn't know which one I had come from. We traveled from well to well trying to find the right one. It was about after going into seven wells that we finally found it. I knew it was this one though because there was no marmelade in the jar. ‘It’s this one!’ I shouted excitedly. I turned around and the Queen of Hearts had just finished fighting all of the animals and she was now chasing after us. We ran into the well and the Mad Hatter locked the door behind us. ‘I’ll lift you up the well and you can climb up the rest of the way.’ The Mad Hatter picked me up in his arms and brought me over to the hole. ‘What's going to happen to you when she gets in here?” I asked ‘That doesn't matter, as long as you're safe.’ ‘But why me, why am I the one she wants?’ ‘We don't have time to talk you need to get
