Americ My Gifts To My Generation

America has given many gifts to my generation. The most important gift is freedom - freedom to have our own thoughts, opinions, and ideas. We have the right to be individuals because of the veterans who fought for us. I recently learned in my 8th grade history class how hard early Americans fought for our freedom. They were so brave and strong and they never gave up. I am very thankful for those men, women, and our veterans today.

Another gift for my generation would be diversity. America thrives on the diversity of people, cultures, foods, and more. If not for diversity, America would be very boring. Everyone and everything would look alike. I enjoy these little differences about my country. For example, in my town you can go to Olive Garden
