Ms. Catherine Ferrari had a challenging experience with our Ambulatory Clinics. Jeffrey Labadie-Mendes decided to step down as our Ambulatory Administrator, to pursue a career in our surgical department. Prior to Jeffrey stepping down from his role, he was having a difficult time with both Julia Mitchel and Dr. Lyn Lam. According to Jeffrey, the relationship between the three of them was toxic. Catherine spoke to me about Jeffrey’s behavior, and at which point I spoke to Jeffrey about his behavior. Jeffrey was clearly emotional about the situation, and would try and do his best to pass on whatever information that he could. I later spoke to Julia Mitchell about what was going on between Jeffrey and Catherine, and Julia confirmed that Jeffrey was not very forthcoming to Catherine. I told Julia that Jeffrey will complete all of his employee’s annual evaluation and leave the department peacefully, and if she could orient Catherine to her department. Julia stated that she would have no problem doing it, since she knew most to issue’s going on in the clinics.
Ms. Catherine Ferrari notified me weeks after she was in the clinic that she did not have computer access. I asked Catherine to call IT and put a ticket in. Catherine stated that she already called IT and will attempt to notify them again. I asked Catherine to keep me posted. She

Catherine’s position was eliminated. Ms. Catherine completed a gap analysis as requested by Dr. Lyn Lam. During one of our weekly meetings, Catherine talked about all the problems that she found in the clinics. I asked her for a copy, she stated that she must have forgotten to give me a copy. She mentioned that she gave one to Dr. Lam and Julia Mitchell. Catherine provided the similar information that I was working with Jeffrey on. Dr. Lam provided me with all the issue’s in the clinic that she believed that he failed to complete in a timely
