At the first week of Leadership class, we have learn a lot of different ways to look “what makes a good leader”. A visionary leader should embrace the complex factors: giving trust, open to constructive feedback, be patient, great communication skill with ambiverted personality. After the couple MSA classes taking, I feel that it’s fun to be a leader. Previously, I’ve never thought about I would like to be a leader. Most likely I consider myself would just be a good follower, who contribute hard effort to every task, who has the ability work well with the other around. Though I set precise plans for my goal, and I made couple life changing decisions, however, I haven’t had any chances to make decision that represent any companies. I believe that I will capable make decision when I have the specific knowledge that lead me to a foreseeable influences. Be a good follower is the first step to be a real leader. A real reader with ambiverts, is always communicate with the team members in appropriate way, and has the flexibility to adapt to the need of the situation. With the awareness of the difference between introverts and extraverts leadership style, we may choose an effective method to approach to the leaders or the subordinates easily. When it comes to a business communication, the biggest challenge of mine is the quality and diversity of relationships that I need to build. I cannot help more people with the lack of professional knowledge. The effective help can be a substantial asset which bridge the quality of the relationships.
