Carefully assess affect, family dynamics and other interpretations of the data including the family response to the intervention.
TSS reviewed the treatment plan goals and discussed the importance of the client following her treatment goals. TSS used verbal prompts and verbal redirections 2-3x’s per episode. TSS discussed with the client about her actions so she can see the consequences for her defiant behaviors. TSS used positive verbal feedback to increase her compliance. TSS and the mother provided praises and positive reinforcement when she complied. Client responded positively about 60% of the time. Over all , client successful achieve treatment goal and family ab-normal behavior or problem today.
PLAN: Strategy for next week; list related treatment plan goal, short term plan to achieve and how barriers to goals will be addressed
TSS will focus on practicing with client appropriate behavioral skills when interacting with sibling. Also TSS use modeling and role –play to help client comply with request made of her.
