Amazon Rainforest Biome

Introduction: Our biome is the rainforest. The specific rainforest that we picked was the Amazon Rainforest. We picked this type of rainforest because there are many problems. That are destroying the living, for this specific rainforest to live. Here we have in our proposal why you should choose our biome for the zoo. The proposal is to allow you to save this type of ecosystem to flow within the biome to share with others.

This type of monkey is unique to the rain forest because they adapt so well within the environment. They are named the Golden Lion because their heads are surrounded by fur exactly like lions. They have bright golden orange fur that can be seen from a far distance. They eat many things: Such as fruits, Nectar (a sugary fluid secreted by plants), snails, spiders, and last but not least bugs. Another faunas that is endangered are the Glass Frogs. These frogs have a slime green camouflage body. They eat insects, and different type of spiders. These faunas make the Amazon Rainforest unique because they live there to build, families, and hunt goods. People are hurting animals that need to survive just like us. Humans have threatened their habitats by illegal logging, poaching, mining and urbanization of the rainforests in the region. This area is the most inhabited in Brazil. Minimizing the natural habitats of these tree loving creatures, can lower the risk of other habits. Their habitat has been chopped up and developed areas have grown up in between their habitats.
