Introduction
The Human Resource management is an important function that assists a company to focus on the recruiting new people, managing existing people and directing them to their work. It is the responsibility of Human Resource management to address the issues that relate to management, performance, employee motivation, development, compensation safety benefits and training of the employee. To survive in a business competition it is mandatory for a company to must be successful with its HR policies. Therefore is very important for a company to identify its HR challenges and to make strategies to address those challenges.

Jeff Bezos, the owner of the company, establishes the company in the US in 1999. With an exceptional growth rate company expanded and established in too many countries just within 10 years. The growth rate in 2000’s is calculated to 28%. According to company’s annual report that the company’s market is around $5.45 billion (Dennis et al, 2009: p.1122). The company has evolved from simple online bookstore to leading IT and retailer company. The company offers a variety of functions, including internet bank (Zinkhan, 2002: p.414). The Amazon business strategies are helping the company to sustain its competitive position.
