What is corporate strategy? Corporate strategy is the direction an organization takes with the objective of achieving business success in the long term. Recent approaches have focused on the need for companies to adapt to and anticipate changes in the business environment such as a flexible strategy. The development of a corporate strategy involves establishing the purpose and scope of the organization's activities and the nature of the business it is in, taking the environment in which it operates, its position in the marketplace, and the competition it faces into consideration and most of the times analysed through a SWOT analysis. Besides that, the monthly fees that WYW store has to pay at Amazon.com higher than their sales. In the future, we can predict that WYW cannot afford to pay fee and commission because of their sales dropped after the first five month of their sale jumped up to 45 percent. . Next, Amazon.com does not really contribute to uplift WYW name. This is because when Amazon.com sells WYW toys at the usual price but they sell the same toys directly from Amazon.com at a lower price. Furthermore, Amazon.com does not help WYW in terms of market their product in Amazon.com. They actually can promote their items in using social media which they do not have to pay anything to promote their wooden toys. There are many social media that they can use to market their products such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. To explain, WYW can post pictures of the wooden toys with the list store prices on it so the viewers can take further action to buy the items which link to WYW website. The advantage is that WYW can increase the numbers of viewers and buyers that visit their own website. In advance, WYW can collect more followers and customers. In addition, WYW can come out with logo name. The logo plays an important role to the toy boutique itself such as brings the company become well known to the new customer and much easier for the customers to recognize
