Currently Amazon controls America. As the company has grown each year, they have gained more power. Jeff Bezos, the founder, chairman, and Chief executive officer of Amazon, has a networth of 124.1 billion. Bill Gates, the founder of microsoft, only has a networth of 89.9 billion. Besos, considered one of the most powerful men in America, has an extreme amount of power. Amazon has been losing jobs, destroying businesses, and disrupting competition. All of these problems started because of the power Amazon holds. The company has succeeded so well that simply no one can compete with them, resulting in many businesses selling themselves to Amazon. The company has also gotten rid of more jobs than they have supplied. Finally, no one can compete with Amazon because of their cheap prices, giving them an ultimate amount of power.
