Amazon, is a story that fits a fairy tale, but Jeff Bezos made it into a reality in 1994 at the young age of 30. Jeff Benzos, the innovative entrepreneur of Amazon.com generate over $61 Billion in revenue sales conducted through their online internet site, Amazon. It is considered to be the world’s largest online retailer ranging from all sorts of products to buying a box of paperclips, to buying a hot-tub. Self-actualization played an important role throughout Jeff’s Benzos life creating a self-image of what his dream has the potential of becoming. Amazon’s CEO has learned to adapt and improvise to what the customer wants and needs to achieve great success. Before his huge break- through of Amazon, he has also had incredible investment deals that have been done with Google, Blue Origin, while buying out The Washington Post. Not only does this point Amazon in the right direction with leadership style traits that Jeff embraces within the company, it excels the company for future success and attainable goals that are set. The business ethics that are conducted within Amazon’s organization is essentially optimizing daily performance and customer satisfaction. He has a different view such as offering between the ranges of $2,000-$5,000 to leave the company if they chose to not work there furthermore. Every year he publishes a letter to the company and since 1997, his infamous belief in “long-term market leadership considerations rather than short-term profitability considerations”, has been a part since the first day it was published. Bezos believes in that someone should be happy in one culture, but it also may vary from individual to individual. I think this can be true for any type of work culture just besides Amazons organizational culture beliefs considering the technology phase is changing all the time.

Workplace spirituality is widely recognized in Amazon collecting and gathering a group of people that are like minded. This increases work productivity and creativity by diversifying the work place creating an open-mindedness aspect with a strong sense of purpose of working for Amazon. A primary issue that Bezos has to deal with daily is concerning culture sensitivity.
