A modern day tragic hero known in the media today is Amanda Bynes. She got her start on Disney Channel at a young age, on the teen sketch comedy show “All That”. At the age of 13, she got her own show, “The Amanda Show”, and quickly rose to stardom. She was a part of a lot of famous movies, including “She’s The Man”, “Sydney White”, “Hairspray” and many more. She was even named as one of People magazine’s “100 Most Beautiful People” in 2007. Her path to stardom progressed rapidly, and it was the fame that got to her and caused her downfall.
