He burst out into the light, the stone under his feet turned to soft grass. The light was so bright and beautiful. Yet Amaimon found he was not fully outside, but in a garden. He had thought the palace only had garden. It was walled in, he could not escape from here. Tears filled his eyes as that hope flew from his mind. He brushed the tears away. Oh well, he told himself, trying to cheer up, at least you can still come here while father is out. At least he got to be outside for a little while. Father would not be back for a while....council meetings lasted a very long time usually.

Amaimon knew he meant Samael, but he didn't know why he was so adamant about it. Sure Samael was a traitor, he'd abandoned his post as King....but why was father so upset if it was him who had the statue of the time King in the garden beneath his room?
"WHY WERE YOU SLEEPING IN HIS ARMS!?!?" He growled kicking Amaimon's side, making him spit up blood.
"I'm sorry!! I j-j-just...I just! M-M..."
"MISS HIM!?!?! MISS HIM!?!" Father kept on beating him, kicking him till he was crumbled onto the garden's floor. "DO YOU KNOW WHY HE LEFT!?!"
