"If I die, nobody killed me. The only person who can kill Amado Carrillo is Amado Carrillo." noted by Pedro Ferriz de Con a journalist who interviewed Carrillo. Amado Carrillo story is a story that not many know. He is known for the second richest drug lord of his era. Amado Carillo was one of the world's most wanted drug lord at his time, also one of Mexico's most wanted criminal.
Amado Carrillo Fuentes was born in Sinaloa, Mexico December 17, 1952. Amado Carillo had eleven siblings, six brothers, and five sisters. Out of those eleven, the only brother that helped him the most was Vicente Carrillo. Vicente was also hunted by the Mexican police. His preferred

Killed many innocent people but at the price of death. Amado Carrillo died July 3 1997 from plastic surgery. Plastic surgery is rarely fatal, but this time, it was. What lead Carrillo to plastic surgery? Easy The pressure to capture Carrillo intensified among U.S and Mexican authorities and perhaps for this reason Carrillo went through the struggle of plastic surgery. Three doctors who were charged with Carrillo murder after performing the surgery. The three doctors names were Dr. Jaime Godoy Singh, a prominent Mexican otolaryngologist, and Colombian-born surgeon Dr. Ricardo Reyes Rincon and also Carlos Avila Melhem. Dr. Ricardo Reyes Rincon was Carrillo's doctor he went everywhere with Carrillo or helped out a the family members. He was known for their family doctor. The Dr. Reyes, later on, admitted that he was threatened the whole time. Dr, Reyes never wanted to perform surgery on the drug lord because he knew it could cost him his life. Dr, Jaime Godoy Singh also admitted he have never seen Carrillo in his life or as a patient he was threatened to perform plastic surgery. They had marks of torture and then killed and left on the side of the road. The Mexican Authorities state of Guerrero claims to have identified two of three bodies on the side of the streets of Guerrero. The two bodies identified were the body of Dr, Reyes and Dr, Jamie. Both said that Carrillo's death was a respiratory fault but many say they killed him on purpose. When Amado family members and cartel heard they blamed the doctors.
