After conducting my analysis, there were two major areas that showed training gaps that could be hindering the patient care of acute chest pain patients. The first gap found was employees are not trained equally. After conducting surveys, interviews, and focused groups, it was found that employees felt that they were not being trained equally, and there was no way to evaluate paramedics to see if their knowledge was being transferred in their patient care on ACP calls.
