My Family Ethos

Always choose quality over quantity. This notion is constantly repeated to myself and my siblings by my parents. I’ve made mistakes in regards to who I’ve picked to trust and bring into my life thankfully I’ve learned my lessons and have been blessed to be currently surrounded by individuals that I know I will love and cherish my entire life. I’ve been hurt and betrayed by people I once considered my friends, I have learned the importance of having good honest people surrounding me the hard way. From a rate of 0 to 3 I will be rating the people who are currently part of my life and the one’s who are no longer part of it. There was a time, earlier in my life, when I surrounded myself with people who 's negative presence caused me more pain …show more content…
My family and my three best friends Lucy, Susana, and Isabella are the most important individuals in my life. My family is very important to me and they’ve always motivated me to be better. My family consists of my two wonderful parents, my four siblings, my brother-in-laws, my sister-in-law, my twelve nieces and nephews, and Grumpy (my miniature schnauzer). My parents have always been my biggest cheerleaders they are very proud that their youngest daughter is working hard to receive her Bachelor’s degree. Not only are they my biggest supporters, they’re also always had the most influence in my moral development and in my life. They’ve always given me the best of advice and their support and love has always been unconditional. I’ve never been the type of person that has had many friends. However, here at UTSA I’ve made friends that I will cherish for the rest of my life. People are always saying that the friends you make in college are the friends you will have for the rest of your life. Hopefully this notion is true because I don’t know what I’d do without my girls especially Lucy. Lucy is the one person I would call in the middle of the night to come help me when tragedy strikes. Lucy is both my best friend and my roommate.I know that Lucy, along with Susana, and Isabella, will be my friend for a long time. Even though I know that we will eventually be apart from each other but living apart from each other won’t keep us from remaining in contact and being the closest of
