Alternation Dispute Resolution Process

The populations that receive these services are mainly underserved inner city individuals, children, adolescents, families, and adults. The population served tends to be from low-income backgrounds, and from the minority group. Majority of these families reside in the twin cities, and more specifically in Minneapolis. The staff at Change Inc. consists of twenty clinical staff members. Fifteen staff members are licensed marriage and family therapists, five of the ten staff members are state board approved supervisors, three are licensed clinical social workers, with one of the three with license in professional clinical counseling, and two staff members with a masters only in family and marriage therapy. There are also three staff members that serve as development, consultation, research & training staff, and three administrative staff. …show more content…
Moreover, the Welcome & Keep staff are individuals who completed thirty hours of mental health behavioral aide training as prescribed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, and thirty hours of training as a third party neutral mediator under the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Alternation Dispute Resolution
